Several Chrome OS updates were released over the summer. These updates typically download automatically in the background while you use a Chromebook and install the next time you reboot.
However, if you are trying to use a Chromebook that hasn’t been used in awhile for WIDA/DRC testing and are getting a screen similar to this, you may want to manually update your Chromebook.
